This protects the harvest from oxidation and bruising during transport. The fresh bunches arrive at Aldea, where they are thoroughly inspected. Only the best and ripest are pressed and processed into white wine. This Aldea Verdejo then undergoes a special technique that extracts the alcohol. The wine retains its aroma and flavor, but loses only the alcohol. We noticed this immediately upon opening this bottle of alcohol-free white wine. It burst forth, offering impressions of citrus fruit, along with notes of freshly mown grass and white flowers. In the glass, it reveals a beautiful golden yellow with a green shimmer. Aromas of citrus fruits like lime and grapefruit, interspersed with green herbs like mint. On the palate, this Aldea Verdejo zr is refreshing with some citrus notes.
