The color is deep dark red, almost black. On the nose, this red wine is a true Shiraz! Beautiful aromas of black fruit, spices, and chocolate, and because 30% of the wine was aged in oak barrels for eight months, a delicious note of vanilla and light oak. The palate is full and powerful, another true Shiraz! Delicate nuances of black fruit, licorice, dark chocolate, spices, and a soft vanilla undertone.
