A delicious Prosecco made from a blend of 85 percent Glera, 15 percent Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Verdisio, Perera, and Bianchetta. Each of these different grape varieties offers a unique signature, and Toso knows how to capitalize on them like no other. The delightful freshness is perfectly balanced with a pleasant acidity. It's an elegant Prosecco with just the right amount of juiciness.

The innovative Toso winery

The Toso winery is run by brothers Pietro and Gianfranco, and their cousin Massimo. Their great-grandfather, Vicenzo, is at the heart of this innovative winery. He successfully founded the estate over a century ago. The winery embodies tradition and modernity. This combination means a great deal to them, as it allows them to create stunning results of truly high quality. Attention to detail is given throughout the entire production process to guarantee consistent quality. It's also a winery that strives to keep pace with the times. Therefore, they continually innovate and utilize the latest technologies. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by a rigorous selection process. They are then destemmed and gently pressed. The juice undergoes two fermentations in sealed stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius. The temperature is regularly monitored during fermentation. The wine is then filtered and stabilized. Before bottling, the wines undergo laboratory analysis and a thorough evaluation. The tested samples are bottled and packaged.

The aroma and taste of Toso Millesimato Prosecco

The result is a straw-yellow wine with green highlights. Upon opening the bottle, delightful aromas of apple, pear, and white peach are released. The palate is well-structured, dry, and balanced with just the right amount of freshness. It has a characteristic acidity that comes through beautifully in the finish.
