The old vines for Meran Festival Sauvignon Blanc
Meran Festival Sauvignon Blanc comes from the enchanting vineyards of Cermes, Lagundo, Lana, and Marlengo, where the grapes thrive at altitudes of 450 to 600 meters above sea level. These breathtaking growing areas provide the perfect setting for the development of this exceptional wine. The vineyards from which the grapes for Meran Festival Sauvignon Blanc are harvested are 10 to 20 years old. During this period, the vines have deep roots, allowing them to absorb the essence of the terroir and produce a unique expression of the grape varietal. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are carefully harvested and taken directly to the winery. Here, they undergo a 12-hour cold maceration. The grapes then undergo temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring optimal preservation of the aromas and flavors. The wine is aged on the fine lees for five months, adding complexity and texture to the wine, making it even more refined. What does the Meran Festival Sauvignon Blanc taste like?

On the palate, it presents itself elegantly and refined. The spicy notes dance on your tongue, accompanied by a refreshing vibrancy. The acidity provides a beautiful balance. The finish is lingering and leaves you wanting more. The Meran Festival Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that is both refreshing and intriguing, with a vibrancy that stimulates your senses and delights your taste buds.Product details
