Garnacha brings ripe red fruit and roundness, while Syrah adds structure and spiciness.
The wine undergoes a 4-day cold skin maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a constant temperature of 28 °C. After that, the wine matures for 2 months in oak barriques, which adds extra complexity without overpowering the fruit.
In the glass, the wine displays an intense black color with violet hues. The nose is complex with aromas of ripe red and black fruit. On the palate, the wine presents itself as full-bodied, intense, and powerful, with a long finish and a good balance between fruit and structure.
