The family behind the mighty Valdemar has been active in Spanish winemaking for almost 125 years. Expectations were therefore high. Thanks to this time in the winemaking industry, they possess a wealth of knowledge—knowledge that is essential for creating a perfect wine. It all begins with the harvest, which takes place early in the morning. This way, oxidation is minimized. After fermentation, the juice is aged for five months in oak. This results in a complex bouquet bursting with ripe fruit and soft vanilla. The balanced finish is dominated by notes of flavorful caramel.
