This cava is a beautiful tribute to Anna de Codorníu, the winery’s founder, and embodies her feminine elegance and passion for quality. Anna de Codorniu Cava Ice Rosé is ideal for lively and celebratory moments. Anna ICE is made from Chardonnay, complementing the traditional grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. The grapes come from two different areas of origin. Some of the grapes are grown in a continental climate vineyard and include the Chardonnay variety, while the second comes from the Mediterranean region and includes the traditional varieties. The grapes used come from the company's own vineyards in Lleida, the area with the most continental climate in the DO Cava. This climate promotes optimal concentration, enhanced acidity, more body, and increased aromatic intensity in the grapes. This careful selection results in a clear, pale cherry-colored cava with remarkable aromatic intensity and vibrant fruity sensations on the palate, supported by subtle nuances and refreshing acidity.
