Do you have a complaint? Please let us know immediately. We'll get started right away to resolve the problem and offer you a suitable solution.
Cork or taste complaint
Do you have a complaint about the taste of a bottle of wine you purchased? Please contact us so we can properly assess your complaint and work together to find a solution.
The following conditions apply for a complaint about taste to be considered:
- The wine was purchased from us less than two months ago .
- The bottle was opened no more than two days ago .
- The bottle is still at least half full , so we can assess the wine if necessary.
After two months, external factors such as sunlight, temperature fluctuations or humidity can affect the quality of the wine, meaning we can no longer process a complaint.
A complaint about taste obviously does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and aim to respond within 8 working hours .
If your complaint hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction after contacting our customer service, please contact us. Because Perfecte Wijn is affiliated with Thuiswinkel Waarborg , you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via www.sgc.nl.
Reflection period and right of withdrawal
After purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the order.
- Netherlands : €9.99 per package
- Belgium : €13.99 per package
Once we have received the returned shipment undamaged , the paid purchase price (minus any shipping costs) will be refunded as soon as possible.
Please note: Wine whose seal has been broken after delivery is not eligible for a refund for health protection reasons.

Warranty
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty . If a product doesn't meet reasonable expectations, please let us know. We'll then find a suitable solution.
Reflection period/Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt of delivery .
Please note that if wines are only sold in packs of 6 bottles , they may only be returned in packs of 6. Should you wish to exercise this right, you will be responsible for the direct costs of return shipping .
You can initiate the request by sending an email to info@perfectewijn.nl , stating the reason for the return and, if applicable, an explanation . Providing a reason and explanation is optional . You can also use the model withdrawal form ( Click here for the form ), but this is not mandatory .
You can then return the goods to the address provided on the Contact page . You have 14 days after cancellation to return the products.
Refund
PerfecteWijn.nl will refund the full purchase price (including any shipping costs for the outward journey) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation . PerfecteWijn.nl may withhold the refund until:
- we have received the goods back, or
- you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods,
whichever time comes first.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used. Please handle the returned goods with care; we may charge you for any damage .
Exceptions
Wine whose seal has been broken after delivery is excluded from the right of withdrawal. Wine is not suitable for return if the seal has been broken for health protection reasons .
You can also return the products without prior notice to the address below, provided that it is clear that it concerns a withdrawal .
