Free delivery on orders over €100

For orders over €100, after deducting any discounts and discount codes, we deliver your order for free. For orders under this amount, we charge a standard €8.95 shipping fee, regardless of the number of packages.

Delivery by PostNL

PostNL delivers Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to see when PostNL will deliver your package.

We ship all packages with an age verification check. The delivery person may only deliver the package to a person 18 years or older and is obligated to verify this. It is not legally permitted to leave the package with a neighbor or at another location.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, the package will be taken to a PostNL collection point. You'll receive a notification from PostNL. The package will be available for collection for 7 days . If you don't collect it within this period, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Returns and cancellations

If a package isn't collected from a PostNL point within 7 days , it will automatically be returned to Perfecte Wijn. After receipt, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to receive the order or cancel it.

  • Resend : You will be charged the shipping costs again for this.
  • Netherlands: €9.99 per package
  • Belgium: €13.99 per package
  • Cancelling your order : In that case, we will credit the purchase amount minus the return costs charged to us by PostNL.

If you refuse the order upon delivery and the package is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you. You can then choose whether you still want to receive the order or cancel it. In either case, we will be billed for the return shipping costs:

  • Netherlands: €9.99 per package
  • Belgium: €13.99 per package

If you want to cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, you will also be charged these return costs.

Pick up at a PostNL point

When completing your order, you can choose to collect your wine from a PostNL collection point. Available collection points in your area will be displayed once you select this option.

You'll receive a message when your order is ready. Please bring proof of identity , as the wine may only be collected by a person 18 years or older . Your order will remain available at the collection point for 7 days . If it isn't collected within that period, the package will be returned to Perfecte Wijn, and the return costs stated above will apply.

Pick up at Perfect Wine in Berkel-Enschot (municipality of Tilburg)

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Berkel-Enschot (Tilburg municipality) . You can select this option when completing your order.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with a pickup confirmation. Please note that some wines first need to be retrieved from our external warehouse. This can take a few business days and will be indicated on the website for each wine.

Always bring proof of identity when collecting your wine. Wine may only be delivered to persons 18 years of age or older .

Delivery in Belgium

We can deliver wine to private customers in Belgium. Due to excise duty differences, the additional excise duty for sparkling wines is automatically added to the price when you order from Belgium or enter a Belgian address.
