This color alone makes us incredibly happy. The soft pink makes us long for a delicious glass of prosecco from one of Italy's finest wineries. Bottega has an impressive history, dating back to the 17th century. The ancestors of the current owners owned one of the most beautiful vineyards in the region. Bottega is still located there today. Originally a grappa producer, Bottega began specializing in sparkling wines in 1992. And it's been a resounding success. Today, the most exquisite prosecco wines are enjoyed all over the world.

The vineyards of Bottega

The vineyards have been in the Bottega family's possession for centuries. They are situated in the most unique location in northern Italy. Inland from Venice, you'll find countless grape vines planted in the rolling landscape. Glera and Moscato grapes dominate the vineyards, but Bottega is also increasingly exploring local varietals. The unique microclimate contributes to the exceptional quality of the Proseccos. Daytime temperatures can be quite warm in the vineyards. However, thanks to the influence of the Adriatic coast, nights can cool considerably. A gentle sea breeze ensures optimal growth.

The smell and taste of Bottega Rose

Besides Pinot Nero, a small amount of Raboso has also been added to this exquisite sparkling wine. Thanks to the gentle pressing of the grape bunches, the grapes release a tremendous amount of flavor. The moment you open the bottle and pour the Bottega Rose, you'll immediately recognize this. You smell and taste intensely ripe fruit such as wild strawberries and red currants. Fragrant flowers burst from the glass. The finish of Bottega Rose is pleasant and velvety.
