What a beautiful, large bottle of Villa Conchi Cava! With a 1.5-liter capacity, it's a real joy to open. A large bottle always ages much better, as we can clearly see from the aroma and taste of this Cava. The beautiful Cava house in Spain was founded by Mrs. Conchi. She was a great lover of sparkling wines and knew many different flavors. With this knowledge, she started her own Cava house in Spain. In the heart of Catalonia, between the mountains near Montserrat, she found her happiness and purchased several hectares of land. Here she planted abundant Chardonnay grapes, as well as Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Macabeo. The relationship with the Chardonnay grape proved to be a great success, and after selling the first bottles, wine experts were already full of praise.

The old vineyards of Villa Conchi

So many years later, the vineyard has matured and produced even more beautiful and fuller bunches, harvested with great care. Early in the morning, Villa Conchi begins harvesting its Cava. They are harvested entirely by hand and rigorously selected to ensure only the finest bunches are bottled. Well, it's a success, and the beautifully ripe juice receives a loving treatment. This Brut is aged for a full twelve months in Villa Conchi's cellars, allowing the bubbles to gently develop in this Cava.

The design is truly feminine, and the beautiful label design has been modernized over the years, but Mrs. Conchi originally laid the foundation. The aroma offers a lovely, fresh start with refined bubbles. Rich aromas of red apples, lemons, toast, and a hint of fresh mint leaves. The palate of this Villa Conchi Cava Brut is very rich, with a lovely tingle on the palate from the bubbles, along with plenty of fresh yellow and tropical fruit. The long finish makes this Cava a winner, truly exceptional for this price. Shhh, don't tell anyone, because availability is limited.
