The architect of this sparkling wine is Von Winning, an old winery with a turbulent history, located in the ever-beautiful Palatinate. The winery has existed for over 150 years and therefore possesses the necessary expertise. This was especially true since 2007, when it became part of Dr. Deinhard. The Von Winning family is still held in high regard, so the name of the winery was retained. Von Winning's deeds are also legendary. Considering its dedication, Von Winning's vineyards are remarkably small. Only 38 hectares in Palatinate are part of this magnificent winery.
