Pinot Noir is perhaps the world's most headstrong grape. Well, this black stallion is a master at taming it. The name Black Stallion is no coincidence. The winery is located in the former Silverado Horseman's Center, a prestigious equestrian center in Napa. At the beginning of this century, it was converted into a state-of-the-art winery, situated on Silverado Trail, a street lined with California wineries.

The driving force behind Black Stallion wines is none other than the renowned Delicato family. Originally from Italy, this family arrived in California in the early 1920s and built an empire of leading wineries throughout California. Black Stallion's vineyards, located in the iconic Napa Valley, are among the Delicato family's finest.
