The Larnaudie-Hirault vineyards are classified as Premier Cru and are located in the Montagne de Reims, with plots in Trois-Puits, Taissy, Montbré, and Sacy. These sites offer an ideal mix of clay and limestone soils, which contributes to the complexity and finesse of the grapes. The vineyards are planted with an equal distribution of the three classic Champagne grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.
The Brut Tradition "Les Trois Puys" is blended from equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. After careful hand-harvesting, the grapes are vinified separately to preserve their unique characteristics. The blend is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle, with a dosage of 8 g/L, resulting in a perfectly balanced champagne.
Serve this champagne chilled at 8-10°C to enhance its freshness and aromatic expression. Champagne Larnaudie-Hirault Brut is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with light appetizers such as Parmesan cheese cubes, seafood, and delicate fish dishes. Its versatility also makes it a perfect accompaniment to light desserts and fruity desserts.
