After being hand-harvested, this Jackson Estate Hawkeye Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for an impressive 36 months in oak barrels. The aroma offers a broad bouquet of black fruit such as blackberries, cherries, and plums, as well as notes of vanilla, tobacco, cedar, coffee, licorice, and much more.
