However, all these wines, wherever they are in the world, will pale in comparison if you've only had a single sip of Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards of Yarden

Yarden's vineyards are located in the Golan Heights. This region is world-famous, unfortunately initially for the conflicts that have taken place here over the past centuries. However, the area has been peaceful for some time now, and it's also becoming known for a much more enjoyable reason: wine! The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grow at an altitude of 700 meters, much lower than, for example, Pinot Noir. This is because Cabernet Sauvignon also thrives in warmer temperatures. Moreover, this vineyard contains some of the oldest vines in Yarden's collection. The vines are actually older than the winery itself!

The sensation of Yarden

As with many Yarden wines, the Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested 100% by hand. After rigorous selection, the juice is aged for at least 18 months in French oak barrels. However, this is a minimum; only when the wine is deemed good enough is it bottled. Because Yarden strives for the very best! And you'll discover that immediately upon opening a bottle of Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon. Your nose immediately picks up a variety of complex notes. Ripe black and red fruit, as well as nuts, spices, chocolate, tobacco, and fresh herbs. Just smelling this Israeli red wine will leave you feeling thirsty. A rich, juicy mouthfeel rolls in your mouth. The concentrated character is clearly evident. The finish of Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon is long and captivating. You won't be able to get enough of this wine!
