Vintage Report
The 2021 vintage in the Veneto region is considered outstanding with a score of 94 points. The wines from this year are currently still youthful and powerful with excellent potential for further aging.
Wines from the better hills of Valpolicella may be sold as Valpolicella Classico. The "Superiore" designation is permitted for wines with an alcohol content of at least 12 percent and with at least one year of additional aging. This is the quintessential Valpolicella Superiore wine, made according to the best traditions and with all the characteristics of Tedeschi Family wines: good structure, delicate flavor, and elegance. The grapes come from vineyards in the Mezzane and Tregnago hills.
