This white Cotes du Rhône wine is made from a blend of traditional Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Viognier grapes. The grapes develop their distinctive character in the warm climate of this French region. The wine exudes fruit, a key focus during the winemaking process. A small portion of the wine is aged in oak to preserve its fruity character. This La Fleur Solitaire boasts a beautiful balance of fruit and floral aromas. It's not only delicious to enjoy on its own, but also a perfect accompaniment to a meal.

Stunning wines from Boutinot

Boutinot, a major wine producer, was founded in 1980 by Paul Boutinot. Frustrated with the quality of wines in the United Kingdom, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Today, the winery exports to 40 countries. At its home base in the Southern Rhône, the winery owns seven vineyards planted with classic Southern Rhône varietals. These grapes reflect the local terroir beautifully, and the quality is exceptionally high. They produce wines that are relevant and interesting, never disappointing. A major player, in other words, with great wines. Each grape variety is harvested separately in the cool early morning. The grapes are then transported to the winery for a gentle pressing. The juice is fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The juice is then combined, and a quarter of the wine is aged for six months in French oak barrels.

A classic white Rhône wine from Boutinot

The result is a classic white Rhône wine. Elegant and light-footed. The nose is beautiful and delicate with hints of fennel, spring blossom, and hints of tropical fruits like mango and papaya. It has a subtle, refreshing flavor, and again, plenty of fresh fruit. It is balanced and finishes with a smooth and delicate finish.
