The foundation of this Cotes de Gascogne Moelleux is the plump, generous Gros Manseng. A grape variety that has become a benchmark for wines from the Codes de Gascogne region, it has become a key player in the Domaine du Touch vineyards, which cover an impressive fifty hectares.
