A beautiful Italian wine made from Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. They are grown on the rolling hills just north of Verona, surrounding the Valpolicella Classico region. This Valpolicella has a very fruity character with a lovely interplay of spices and oak.

The modern Sartori winery

Pietro Sartori founded the Sartori winery in 1898, making it one of the oldest wineries in the Verona region. Initially, it was intended to supply his hotel with fine wine. Later, thanks in part to his son Regolo, it developed into a large, prestigious winery. Thanks to significant investments, the winery has been modernized and the cellar and vineyard have been perfected. But they have never lost sight of their traditions, and this is reflected in the wines themselves. Today, it is one of the most important wineries in the region, with a range of high-quality wines. The grapes are grown on clay and limestone soils, giving them a unique character. The grapes benefit from a mild climate, enjoying glorious sunshine and being well-protected from the wind. At peak ripeness, they are carefully harvested and taken directly to the winery. A gentle pressing with the skins follows, allowing the flavors and color to be fully extracted. Finally, the wine is aged for another three months in stainless steel tanks to allow the flavors to blend perfectly.

The elegant and juicy Sartori Valpolicella

In the glass, a full-bodied red wine emerges with a broad and rich aroma. The nose offers aromas of ripe fruit, mushrooms, and oak notes with vanilla and a hint of almond. The palate is full-bodied with notes of fruit, oak, and delicate herbs. The Sartori Valpolicella is a juicy and elegant wine with soft tannins and a very pleasant finish.
