Situated in one of Austria's most picturesque wine regions, the winery boasts rolling hills, picturesque villages, and vineyards. The winery boasts an impressive portfolio of wines, including the renowned Spiegel Sauvignon Blanc and the Ried Theresienhöhe Therese Sauvignon Blanc. Polz also produces other wines, including Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and various blends of local grape varieties such as Morillon and Welschriesling. Polz Ehrenhausen Morillon Südsteiermark is a unique white wine made from the Chardonnay grape, better known locally in this region by its Marillon name.
