This is the Rosé from the world-famous fashion brand Chanel, and yes, the rosé is also of excellent quality! Just off the pearly white beaches of the French Côte d'Azur lies the island of Porquerolles: a pristine bounty island with steep cliffs, white beaches, and fragrant eucalyptus and pine trees. But there we also find the vineyards of Domaine de l'Ile, which are fully certified organic, and this certification is not something you just get. The vineyards must be in top condition. The Mediterranean climate with plenty of sunshine and the fresh ocean breeze contribute to the unique harvest on the island of Porquerolles.

This first-class, top-quality rosé is made from local Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Tibouren grapes. This gives the winemaker at Domaine de l'Ile a pleasant and usable diversity, allowing him to deliver a top-quality rosé every year, because that's what it is. The vineyards are quite mature, producing a vigorous harvest and withstanding the hot summers. This is essential, as temperatures can soar in the summer. When the grapes arrive at Domaine de l'Ile, they are pressed whole, and the skins ferment for only a few minutes. This creates the beautiful light pink color we've come to expect from the Cotes de Provence region. The result, like the fashion brand Chanel, has an unparalleled beauty that begins the moment you pour this rosé. A bright salmon pink color reveals itself. The aroma captivates our senses, bringing to mind nuances of strawberry, melon, mandarin, and light floral notes. The palate is pampered with fresh and vibrant red fruit nuances. Later, as this Porquerolles Cotes de Provence Rosé lingers on the palate, it also reveals hints of orange and fresh grapefruit.
