A floral Cava from the Josep Masachs winery. Made with Trepat, Monastrell, and Garnache grapes, these grapes complement each other beautifully. The Trepat grape creates a light, fresh, and fruity Cava. The Monastrell contributes to the floral aromas and good acidity, while the Garnache forms the perfect base for the Cava Brut Rosé; wonderfully aromatic, delightfully fresh, and especially floral.

Different varieties for Cava Brut Rose

The Cava Brut Rosé is the result of years of tradition and experience. The grapes come from different plots and are harvested and vinified separately. This creates a beautiful balance and allows the characteristics to better express themselves in the final Cava. Trepat comes from the Conca de Barberà wine region and produces light, fresh, and fruity Cavas. The Monastrell grape is planted by the family in clay and chalky soils, and the Garnache grows on chalky soils, which gives it a mineral character. Each grape contributes its own unique touch to the Cava and enhances each other. This Cava is made using the same method as Champagne. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle with selected yeasts. The wine is aged on the lees for 14 months, developing complexity without losing its freshness.

The Josep Masachs Cava Brut Rosé emerges in the glass with a light pink color. The aroma is floral with an intense aroma of red fruit like strawberry. These aromas are complemented by tropical notes, nuts, and pastry. It resembles a delicious dessert. The palate is pleasant and smooth, delightfully fresh with lovely acidity. This Cava Brut Rosé is particularly well-balanced, with a vibrant finish. A versatile Cava from Josep Masachs that can be served with many dishes.
