Because there are so many grapes available, the winemaker only needs to select the finest and most beautiful bunches to create this Terre del Noce Rosé. The quality is therefore exceptionally high. The vineyards of the Pinot Grigio grape, from which Terre del Noce Rosé is made, are located in the Dolomites. A three-hour drive into Italy's interior reveals this rugged landscape, where the mountains playfully wade through the landscape. Beautiful vineyards lie on either side of these mountains. Yields are deliberately kept low, which benefits the quality. After harvest, the grapes are fermented. The skins are only briefly fermented, giving Terre del Noce Rosé its attractive salmon-pink color.
