One of Allegrini's most iconic wines, made using a partial appassimento technique. A portion of the grapes are dried, giving the wine extra depth, softness, and rich aromas. On the palate, you'll taste notes of ripe cherries, plums, cocoa, and spices, with a velvety smooth texture. An elegant and accessible style with refined complexity.

This classic red wine comes from the calcareous slopes of Grola, one of the best areas within Valpolicella Classico. Fresh red fruit, floral aromas, and subtle spice combine to create a light-footed yet layered wine. Aging in large wooden barrels adds extra finesse without dominance.
