Once the grapes reach their peak of perfection, they are carefully harvested in the cool morning hours. Using a mix of manual and mechanical harvesting, the grapes are transported to the Green Trail Winery. Here, they undergo rigorous quality control, with only the crème de la crème of the bunches selected for pressing. The vinification process is carried out individually for each grape variety, creating the magical blend. And the Green Trail winemakers? They have the gift of enchanting us year after year with their exquisite creations.
