The Kiwi Cuvée brand was founded in 2001. Its goal is to combine the French terroir of the Loire Valley with the fundamental technological approach of the New World. It is based on the winemaking methods used in New Zealand. The Kiwi Cuvée brand breaks with tradition, or rather, creates a new blend, a blend of old and new. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this white wine come from various vineyards and are specially selected for this purpose. These vineyards are situated on beautiful French hillsides, where they benefit from an excellent climate. The grapes are all fermented separately before being blended. The Bin 88 Sauvignon Blanc is light yellow in color and has an intense aroma of gooseberries and tropical fruit. The white wine has a pleasantly fresh acidity that balances well with the fruit.
