The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.
The Sauvignon Malvasia Salento Voce is an expressive white wine from Puglia, made by the renowned San Marzano winery. This wine combines the fresh acidity of Sauvignon Blanc with the aromatic fullness of Malvasia, resulting in a lively and balanced flavor experience.
The San Marzano vineyards are located in the southern part of Puglia, a region known for its warm climate and chalky soils. The proximity of the Mediterranean Sea provides cooling influences, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and retain their aromatic freshness.
The grapes are harvested at night to optimally preserve their freshness. After a gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks, allowing the fruity aromas to fully develop. This process results in a pure and refined wine with a characteristic Italian profile.
The Sauvignon Malvasia Salento Voce is an excellent choice with light fish dishes, grilled vegetables, and fresh salads. Its lively character also makes it a perfect aperitif. Serve this wine chilled at 8-10°C for optimal enjoyment.
With the Sauvignon Malvasia Salento Voce, you'll experience an authentic Italian white wine that perfectly captures the sunny elegance of Salento. A delicious choice for those who appreciate freshness and aromatic refinement.
