Yalumba is located in the province of South Australia, a region where Adelaide is the most famous city. The climate in this region is quite extreme. However, thanks to Yalumba's innovative techniques, they still manage to produce a remarkable number of wines. The process of creating this fabulous wine certainly takes some time. But the results are worth it. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes are harvested by hand and then fermented. The wine then matures for a full 20 months in Yalumba's magnificent cellars. The majority of the barrels are new, which releases a tremendous amount of flavor. This is immediately apparent in the magnificent aroma. You'll discover sweet plums, soft blackberries, and rich chocolate. Nuances of pepper, tobacco, and mocha are revealed as you swirl Yalumba The Signature in your glass. The taste is intense and powerful. Full and rich. Soft fruit alternates easily with more complex notes. A top-notch wine from the beautiful Yalumba.
