Torre de Vejezate Rose is part of the large winery Bodegas Crisve. This is a corporation located in the heart of Denominacion de Origen La Mancha, or simply La Mancha. In this vast wine region in central-southeast Spain, 25 grape growers decided to join forces in 1955. The idea was that by collaborating intensively, they could achieve economies of scale. Since then, the cooperative has expanded significantly and exports extensively. Although the color of this Spanish Rosé suggests otherwise, it's the powerful Tempranillo that dominates this wine. This Spanish gem is known for its full-bodied and spicy wines, but because the skins are only briefly co-fermented, Torre de Vejezate Rosé develops its attractive color. They blindly trust the Trempranillo grapes and therefore ferment exclusively in stainless steel. This results in a vibrant, fruity bouquet. A true summer gem where lush red fruit plays with your senses. Fresh strawberries and soft raspberries.
