The harvest for the white Perle du Sud

Perle du Sud's vineyards are situated a bit higher than usual, giving the grapes extra cooling thanks to the cooler wind. The dropping nighttime temperatures also cool the grapes. This is very beneficial for the harvest, as it allows the winemaker to infuse the wines with more freshness. Once the Chardonnay and Vermentino grapes are ripe, they are harvested separately and blended later. Leave the blending to Perle du Sud's winemaker, as he creates a perfect blend every year.
