Vineyard and Vinification

The grapes for this cava are carefully selected from the region's finest vineyards. The blend consists of Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel lo, traditional grape varieties that provide freshness, structure, and a subtle fruity character. After the primary fermentation, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by maturation on the lees for at least 15 months. This classic method gives the wine its refined mousse and complex flavor profile.
