The dream of Casa Silva winery

In 1997, the Casa Silva winery began fulfilling a long-held dream: to capture their love for the Colchagua Valley in a bottle of wine under their own label. Frenchman Emilio Bouchon preceded them, having been making wines with his family since 1892. They were pioneers of the Colchagua Valley. But in 1997, Mario Pablo Silva, the eldest son of his father's fifth generation, began producing wines under his own label. Chile's conditions are truly exceptional. It boasts a unique diversity of climates and soil types, along with a vast array of terroirs. This allows for the production of superb quality wines. And with good results: Colchagua Valley has won more international awards in recent years than any other Chilean wine region. The harvest for this Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is started by hand early in the morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes. This translates into a vibrant and fresh aroma of strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, and a hint of peach.

Beautiful light pink color of the Casa Silva

Its beautiful light pink color comes from gentle contact with the skins during pressing and fermentation. As soon as you taste this rosé, you'll discover numerous fruity notes of strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, lime, and grapefruit. This fruity style is delicious and makes this rosé a true summer wine. On the back of the palate, Casa Silva's rosé offers hints of blackcurrant and lychee, adding depth. A rosé with everything just right, and it's no wonder it's been named House Wine of the Year several times.
