Santa Helena was founded in 1942 in San Fernando. Young winemaker Nicolás Pérez-Yañez is responsible for a representative range of excellent wines. With his knowledge and experience, he leads a young and ambitious team of winemakers. The vineyards are located in the Central Valley, where the grapes benefit from optimal soil and climate conditions. They produce a wide range of wines and always focuses on sustainability and the environment, producing wines with great awareness.

The aroma and taste of Santa Helena Varietal Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and flavor. The grapes are then pressed very gently. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled tanks and stored exclusively in stainless steel tanks. The result is a deep ruby red wine. The aroma is fruity with a clear Cabernet Sauvignon character, along with hints of blackcurrant, blackberry, spice, chocolate, and a touch of vanilla. The wine has a fresh and distinct fruity flavor with characteristics of blackcurrant, redcurrant, cherry, and spice, with a medium body and a very balanced tannin structure. Medium and fruity length.
