When we first tasted this wine, we couldn't believe our eyes, for this price? Such a pure wine! But then we discovered that Bitacora is part of Cuatro Rayas. And they're no strangers to the Spanish wine world, having been crafting the finest wines since 1935. The winery does, however, share a deep love for the Rueda region and the Verdejo grape. Over the years, Cuatro Rayas has invested heavily in Bitacora's wines, including a renovated winery equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This ensures Bitacora's future, allowing it to continue producing the finest wines from the Rueda region.
