Thanks to its broad expertise and the large number of vineyards and varietals, this cooperative has succeeded in achieving this goal.

The vineyards for this Spanish white wine

The vineyards for Confidencia wines are situated at an altitude of 650 meters. This benefits the quality of the grapes. This altitude allows the grapes to enjoy the wonderful warmth of the Spanish sun during the day and a pleasant coolness in the evening and night. This creates the perfect conditions for this wine. This white Confidencia is made from Airen and Verdejo, two of the most famous white grapes in Spain. When the grapes are perfectly ripe, they are harvested in the early morning. This early harvest is important for the quality of the grapes. At this time of day, the skins haven't yet had to withstand much heat, making them stronger and less susceptible to bruising. Another reason is that the daytime heat could already cause the grapes to oxidize, which is obviously not the intention. After the grape varieties are vinified separately, the wine is aged in the bottle for two months in the Confidencia cellars, after which it can be enjoyed by many more people.
