A special section of the vineyard is selected for this Tempranillo rosé from the GreenTrail winery. The vineyard is situated at a higher elevation, giving the grapes a bit more freshness and coolness. This is because the rosé needs more freshness to deliver this top quality. The vineyard is designed with respect for nature, with flowers, fresh herbs, and roses planted between the vines to maintain a healthy biodiversity balance. Nature takes its course, and we see plenty of ladybugs and buzzing bees.

The grapes ripen very gradually, allowing them to easily develop the beautiful aromas and flavors of the strong soil structure. But that's not the only determining factor for the harvest, as the perfect climate for the Tempranillo grape also plays a role. Once all the grapes have reached full ripeness, they are harvested partly by hand and partly by machine. Green Trail starts harvesting the grapes quite early in the morning to prevent damage and oxidation to the bunches. Once all the grapes have been brought in, they are placed on sorting tables. Only the finest bunches are bottled, ensuring the purity and purity of this GreenTrail rosé.
