Deep in the south of Navarra, in the heart of the Ebro Valley, the Pago de Cirsus Oak Aged is born. The vines, dotted with Tempranillo and Merlot grapes, thrive thanks to the extreme climates—bitterly cold winters and scorching summers. These heroic grapes have nestled deep in the earth, drawing nourishment from water-rich soils, particularly from the rains from November to April. At their peak ripeness, they are carefully harvested by hand and then matured in oak barrels to give them their characteristic depth.
