Only the very best is good enough, of course. The grape must is vinified organically and aged for a full 10 years. But the wait is more than worth it.

The wine comes in a beautiful straw-yellow glass. The aromas are intense and penetrating. We note notes of almond, hazelnut, hay, and olive. Thanks to the oak aging, the wine also has smoky and toasted aromas. These are complemented by hints of licorice. The palate is pleasantly dry, full-bodied, and silky smooth.
