We owe this magnificent wine to the Si winery, located in Iniesta, about an hour and a half's drive from Valencia. Si is a cooperative, meaning several winegrowers work closely together. This collaboration gives Si access to the finest bunches of grapes. There are 7,000 hectares available in the heart of La Mancha. Yes, you read that right. A whopping 7,000 hectares. This allows the winemaker to select only the finest and best bunches of Bobal grapes, ensuring the quality of this Si Señorio de Inieste Blanc de Noir is exceptional.
