High time to crack open this AIX rosé 1.5 liter. The 2023 vintage consists of Shiraz, Grenache, and Cinsault. The summer of 2023 was perfect in Provence. Thanks to the good weather, the grapes ripened well, and you can taste it! Open that Magnum bottle and experience it for yourself. The moment you pour AIX Magnum rosé into your glass, you'll know it already: this is delicious. The color is a beautiful light salmon pink, a color we expect from a good Provence rosé. On the nose, we discovered a ripe bouquet: red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and red currants. But also fresh citrus notes and a hint of blossom. What also struck us was that AIX is incredibly pure and super smooth. Just by using our nose, we were already craving this rosé from Provence. The taste is sublime and superior. Pure, refined, and elegant. Three keywords that immediately came to mind when tasting AIX.
