The most classic prosecco from Italy's most iconic winery. It all began in 1635, when the Bottega family already owned several vineyards in northern Italy. However, this was primarily for their own local use. It wasn't until 1977 that they embarked on a commercial path, when Aldo Bottega officially founded Distilleira Bottega. Initially, Bottega focused solely on the production of Grappe, the quintessential Italian distillate. However, from 1992 onward, Bottega began focusing on sparkling wine. And not without success. In nearly 30 years, they have completely conquered the international market for sparkling wines and proseccos.
