Grapes and vinification

Grenache Noir – Syrah – Tempranillo, DO Cariñena
Grenache Noir brings roundness and ripe red fruit, Syrah adds spice and structure, while Tempranillo provides balance and body.

The wine undergoes a 4-day cold maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a constant temperature of 28 °C.

Character and style

In the glass, this Trio Red shows an attractive and intense black cherry color with violet hues. The nose is ripe and intense with aromas of red fruits and forest berries. On the palate, the wine is powerful and fruity, perfectly balanced, full-bodied, and intense with a long finish.

Serve between 12 and 14 °C to allow the fruit and power to express themselves optimally.
