Jose Pariente's vineyards are blessed with centuries-old vines that, combined with their unique influences, produce superb wines. This white wine, Rueda Verdejo, is no exception. Thanks to the perfect conditions, this wine has unique characteristics. A glass filled with the radiant color of this renowned white wine. As your nose approaches, your senses are seduced, and the taste is a true experience.

The harvest of the Jose Pariente Rueda Verdejo

The vineyards are situated at slightly higher elevations with soils rich in limestone and granite. The roots are deeply embedded to absorb moisture, which is essential during the warm summers of the growing season. A fresh breeze from the Atlantic Sea refreshes the Verdejo grapes, a key influence in the Rueda wine region. The grapes are only harvested when they are sufficiently ripe and have gained strength and freshness. Therefore, Pariente harvests the Rueda Verdejo in the early morning. While the grapes are still dormant, this is the best time. This keeps them fresh and prevents damage to the bunches. Upon arrival, the Verdejo grapes are pressed immediately to preserve as much flavor as possible. Well, they certainly succeeded.
