Quality wines from Feliciana
Massimo Sbruzzi is at the helm of the magnificent Italian winery Feliciana. Located near Lake Garda, the winery enjoys a stunning setting amidst rolling moraine hills. Each of the wines boasts a fresh, aromatic flavor, thanks to the nutrient-rich clay soil. In its winery, this winery utilizes traditional techniques to achieve the highest standards. The Trebbiano grapes are harvested by hand around October, when fully ripe. This manual harvest allows the winemakers to assess and select the grapes directly in the vineyards. Almost immediately after harvesting, the Trebbiano grapes are taken to the cellar where they are briefly dried. The grapes are then pressed, and the juice ferments for about two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After these two weeks, the wine is transferred to a clean stainless steel tank and partially to oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. The wine then matures on its fine lees for eight months before being filtered and bottled. The smell and taste of Feliciana Serce Lugana Riserva
The wine has a bright golden yellow color in the glass. The aroma reveals a beautiful floral bouquet with notes of apricot and apple. The palate is rounded with hints of vanilla and abundant fruit that elegantly linger on the palate. The oak aging gives the wine a creamy texture.Micro-terroir
