This Fuzion Chardonnay is a refreshing white wine from the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, where the Andes provide ideal ripening conditions. Vineyards and region
The grapes for this Chardonnay grow in the fertile valleys of Mendoza, at an altitude of around 800 meters. Thanks to the wide range of daytime and nighttime temperatures, the grapes retain their freshness and aromatic expression. The sandy and clay soils create a fine balance between structure and elegance, while the constant sunshine contributes to optimal ripening.
Vinification and maturation
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This helps preserve the wine's fresh and fruity character. No oak aging takes place, allowing the pure expression of the Chardonnay grape to remain central. The wine is bottled early to preserve its vibrant character.
