Vineyards and region
The grapes are grown in Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes, where sun-drenched days and cool nights ensure optimal ripening and preservation of freshness. The vineyards are situated at high altitude, which enhances the natural acidity. The soil consists primarily of sand and loam, which contributes to the elegant structure of this rosé.
Vinification and maturation
After a short maceration on the skins, the juice is gently pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks. This process preserves the fruity aromas and results in a fresh, clean style. The wine is briefly aged in tanks before being bottled young to ensure its vibrancy.
