Imagine a sunny day in the Mendoza region, where twelve-year-old vines proudly display their Chardonnay grapes. That's the magic of Phebus Chardonnay! As soon as you pour this wine, you're greeted by a vibrant bouquet of fruity aromas. It's almost impossible not to take a sip!
The Rich History of Phebus
Phebus wines are the proud product of Bodegas Fabre Argentina, nestled in the picturesque village of Vistalba-Lujan de Cuyo. Just eighteen kilometers from Mendoza, at an altitude of 1,150 meters, you'll find this wine paradise surrounded by 37 hectares of Malbec vineyards. Phebus' philosophy? Only the finest old vines from Mendoza's top regions deserve a place in their vineyards. Every Phebus wine tells a unique story, from the powerful Syrah to the refreshing Torrentés and rosé. With a blend of modern winemaking techniques, the characteristic Mendoza terroir, and a touch of Bordeaux savoir faire, Phebus creates wines that are highly acclaimed both locally and internationally. The Careful Preparation of Phebus Chardonnay
Harvest time takes place between March 4th and 8th! The Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked with love and care and transported in 20-kilo crates. This ensures that each grape reaches the winery in perfect condition. After careful selection, the grapes are macerated for eight hours, after which they ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result? A radiant Phebus Chardonnay with a pale yellow hue. You'll be greeted by sparkling aromas of citrus, grapefruit, and crisp green apples. This wine is a treat on its own, but also pairs wonderfully with fish, poultry, and cheese. So, ready for a sunny tasting experience? Cheers with Phebus Chardonnay!Product details
