A delicious dry white wine made from a blend of Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are grown in vineyards in Salento, at an altitude of approximately 100 meters above sea level. Here, they benefit from perfect conditions for optimal ripening. The soil is predominantly clay, which gives the grapes wonderful characteristics. This Bianco results in a very fruity wine with a beautifully balanced flavor.

The quality wines of A6mani

Three women, six hands, and one passion—that's what the A6mani winery stands for. The three cousins, Elise Clerfeuille, Francesca, and Maria Cavallo, focus on revitalizing local vines at their winery. They all come from families with a long winemaking history, and in 2011, they decided to pursue their passion together. The 25-year-old vines thrive on soils rich in clay and limestone. Where rainfall is scarce and temperatures rise above infertile ground, the red grape varieties of Apulia thrive in their own unique way. The grapes are harvested by hand around mid-August at peak ripeness. A strict selection of the best grapes is already underway. In the winery, the grapes first remain in contact with the skins for 24 months, allowing all the aromas to be fully extracted. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After this, the wine is left to rest for several months before bottling.

The wine radiates a straw-yellow color in the glass. The aroma reveals intense and persistent aromas of white flowers and fruity notes of peach, apricot, orange, and passion fruit. On the palate, it's a very fresh wine with a beautiful balance between fruity notes and pleasant acidity. A harmonious wine with a pleasantly long finish.
