Well, our expectations were more than met the moment this bottle of Varvaglione was popped. The juice is aged on lees for a few months during the production process, giving the white wine a fuller character. This results in a creamy and balanced flavor. Plenty of tropical fruit is evident, with pineapple playing a prominent role. Delicious paired with seafood.
